New Year Meditation Virtual Retreat

Please join me on January 3, 2021 

from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

for a Virtual Mindfulness Retreat via Zoom.

 This online half-day retreat invites you to disconnect 

from your Phones, computers, news,  your to-do-lists 

and other obligations to simply connect 

more deeply with yourself. 

In our time together, I will guide you in a variety 

of mindfulness meditations and we will also 

practice mindful eating and movement. 

This is a nice way to give yourself a gift 

of self-care and to rest, refresh and let go

as we begin a new year.
