I thought that I was a good listener, both in life and in business, before I took Courtney’s course. Let us start off by writing that Courtney didn’t ask for a testimonial, we just chose to write one! We all know, even if it’s a cliché, that many of us regardless of age, gender, or status that the world pulls us in more directions than our brain can handle.
