The Six-Week Mindfulness Program for High-Stress Professionals is a practical, structured, research-backed experience adapted from the world-renowned MBSR curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The format is intentionally designed to fit the demanding schedules of lawyers, leaders, and high-achievers.

Each session blends experiential practices, guided meditation, discussion, and tools you can apply immediately at work and at home.
